tajbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. Requested documents may include a national identity card, passport, or mobile wallet screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method on file. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.
tajbet operates a strict 18+ policy. Access to the platform and all its services is prohibited for individuals under the age of 18. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
tajbet may suspend an Account pending age verification at any time. During a suspension for age verification, the Player may not place bets, withdraw funds, or access any gameplay features. All funds deposited to tajbet must be from a payment source that belongs to and is registered in the Player's own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment method not registered in your name, is a violation of these Terms and may be treated as fraudulent activity.
The primary account currency on tajbet is Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Exchange rates are displayed prior to confirming a crypto deposit transaction.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have: (a) completed any applicable KYC verification; (b) satisfied all active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) made at least one qualifying deposit on the Account. tajbet reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where these conditions are not met.

tajbet does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, third-party transaction fees imposed by the Player's payment provider (including blockchain network fees for cryptocurrency withdrawals) are the sole responsibility of the Player and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount where applicable.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account carry a wagering requirement. Bets placed on sports events with odds lower than the minimum qualifying odds stated in the promotion do not count toward wagering.
Unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking, only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. Depositing to claim a new bonus while a previous bonus remains uncleared will not activate the new bonus; the deposit will be credited as real-money funds only.
tajbet monitors all bonus activity. Behaviour that tajbet determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering, or using prohibited software to play bonus rounds — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
All bets placed on tajbet's sports betting markets are subject to acceptance by the platform. tajbet reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and the relevant stake has been deducted from your Balance.
Sports odds on tajbet are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled. tajbet is not responsible for odds displayed prior to confirmation that are no longer available at the time the bet request is submitted.
A bet may be voided by tajbet in any of the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the governing body's rescheduling window; (b) the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; (c) the bet was placed after the event outcome was already determined; or (d) the bet forms part of an identified fraudulent or match-fixing scenario. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's Balance at the original stake amount.
In-play (live) betting markets are governed by the same general rules as pre-match markets. tajbet may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during play. Any bet submitted during a market suspension period will not be accepted. In-play bet settlement relies on official data feeds and may be subject to a short delay relative to broadcast coverage.
tajbet applies a maximum single-event payout cap as displayed within the relevant betting market. Where a settled bet would produce a payout in excess of the stated cap, the payout will be limited to the cap amount. The excess is not credited to the Player's Balance.

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

These Terms are drafted in English and shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with English as the governing language. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience is non-binding; in the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails.
